Infra Upgrade on Delhi- Jaipur Highway  to Boost New Gurgaon Realty

The launch of 18 infrastructure projects on Delhi- Jaipur highway ,at a cost of Rs 1407 crore will significantly improve connectivity and  ease of commuting , in the process helping to  boost real estate in New Gurgaon along this highway.

These recently launched infrastructure projects along Delhi-Jaipur highway include flyovers at Manesar, Bawal and Bilaspur, besides bridges and flyovers on the Rajasthan side of the highway. Out of the Rs 1407 crore earmarked for the development of infrastructure , Rs 513 crore is to be spent  on constructing about one and a half dozen structures  including flyovers, bridges, underpasses  whereas Rs 800 crore are set aside for repairing  and strengthening of  the Delhi-Jaipur highway.

This mega plan of the Union  Ministry of Highways will help improve the mobility on the Delhi-Jaipur highway. Towards the purpose of improving connectivity , there is also a plan to construct a shallow tunnel to link this highway with the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. This will help ease the traffic congestion on Delhi-Jaipur highway. The expected completion of Dwarka Expressway next summer, will further check congestion on Delhi-Jaipur highway.  And once Dwarka Expressway becomes functional, Kherki Daula toll plaza will be shifted to Panchgaon. This will  put an end to commuting hassles of the residents of New Gurgaon sectors along Delhi  -Jaipur highway, thereby improving the quality of life. This in turn will help boost the growth of real estate in New gurgaon.
