NHAI approves underpass and six-lane flyover for Shankar Chowk
To ease congestion at Shankar Chowk–Cyber City, NHAI has given in-principle approval for a roughly 600-metre, three-lane right-turn underpass and a roughly 1.3-km, six-lane one-way flyover. DLF will build both structures at an estimated cost of about ₹300 crore; the approval does not mean construction is complete or the roads are open.
यह क्यों ज़रूरी है: For Cyber City and DLF Phase 3 properties, show the future connectivity benefit but also be clear about the construction timeline and traffic disruption.
3.3-km stormwater drain planned for Dwarka Expressway sectors
GMDA has prepared an estimate of about ₹20 crore for a roughly 3.3-km stormwater network from Sectors 37C, 37D and 9B to the Badshahpur drain. Approvals are being sought, after which bids will be invited; the project has not yet reached the construction stage.
यह क्यों ज़रूरी है: When showing property in these sectors, state the current monsoon waterlogging record and the proposed drainage separately.
Delhi-NCR primary housing prices up 12% year on year in Q3
According to Anarock, the average price in the Delhi-NCR primary residential market rose 12% year on year to ₹9,980 per sq ft in the July–September quarter, the fastest increase among the seven major cities. The report attributes the rise to land and construction costs and a growing share of premium and luxury projects; it is not a uniform price change for resale or for every micro-market.
यह क्यों ज़रूरी है: Do not apply the NCR average directly to a Gurugram valuation; use comparable deals by project, sector, age and transaction type.
