New ₹7.2-crore service road plan between Sectors 99 and 102

Prestige expects rental income to cross ₹4,000 crore by FY30
Prestige Estates says its current exit rental income is about ₹860 crore and could exceed ₹4,000 crore by FY30 once its 35-million-sq-ft commercial portfolio is complete. The company said it would consider monetisation options, including a possible REIT, after reaching critical scale; these are management projections, not guaranteed outcomes.
