Residents flag unpaved shoulders on SPR and Udyog Vihar arterial roads
Residents have complained about kutcha, dusty road shoulders along a six-km stretch of the SPR between Ghata and Vatika Chowk, on Maidawas Road and in Udyog Vihar Phase 1–3, citing safety and pollution risks. GMDA said the unpaved portion is being converted into an additional carriageway under the SPR–Ghata widening, and berm cleaning is under way.
यह क्यों ज़रूरी है: For SPR and Udyog Vihar listings, show the current shoulder condition, dust exposure and safe site access alongside main-road connectivity.

Kakoria flyover on Gurugram–Rewari highway opens for trial traffic
NHAI has opened the 1.2-km Kakoria flyover on NH-352W to trial traffic in both directions; the Jamalpur flyover has also opened after load testing. Most of the roughly ₹1,900-crore, 45-km highway project is targeted for completion by the end of November, while some structures are due by March 2027.
यह क्यों ज़रूरी है: Link any connectivity premium on Pataudi–Rewari corridor properties to the actual completion of the full highway and the pending structures.

Motilal Oswal Alternates makes full exit from ₹1,155-crore realty fund
Motilal Oswal Alternates has completed exits from all 37 investments of India Realty Excellence Fund IV, spread across seven cities. The closure of the ₹1,155-crore fund shows the importance of disciplined exits and cash realisation, not just deployment, in institutional real-estate capital.
यह क्यों ज़रूरी है: When assessing private realty funds or developer funding, look at realised exits, project diversification and the capital-return record, not deployment alone.

4बिज़नेस के लिए AI
Indian IT needs to move from labour arbitrage to intelligence arbitrage
According to Bhaskar Ghosh, Accenture's former chief strategy and innovation officer, value in agentic AI will come from tokens, compute, proprietary knowledge and AI orchestration. He says AI pilots must be tied to measurable growth, customer experience or structurally lower costs, and that human oversight should increase for more consequential decisions.
यह क्यों ज़रूरी है: Businesses should take AI pilots into production only with redesigned workflows, clear ROI, risk-based permissions and human accountability.
