The Supreme Court on October 13 stayed the Town and Country Planning department's drive against illegal construction and commercial use of houses in DLF Phases 1 to 5 and other licensed colonies of Gurugram. More than 160 houses had been sealed in the drive. The stay lasts until the next hearing on November 3, and its exact scope is still unclear.
