The Dahlias is a residential project by DLF Limited at R16, DLF 5, Sector 54, on Golf Course Road in Gurugram. It is registered with HRERA Gurugram under RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/872/604/2024/99. The project covers about 16.5 acres and has 420 apartments and penthouses, including 15 duplex penthouses. News reports describe eight towers of 29 levels arranged in arcs. Apartments start at around 10,000 sq ft. DLF launched the project in October 2024. It is under construction, and the completion date declared to HRERA is 31 December 2031. The plan includes a large clubhouse and a lake park, inside DLF's Phase 5 golf-course neighbourhood near The Camellias. Per DLF executives quoted in August 2026, pricing was above Rs 1 lakh per sq ft at that time.
